Welcome back to one and all,
Today has been a total Nightmare, the pain has been unbearable.
I have now found out a bit more about this Illness (does and don't s).
I have now found out that Caffeine/Fizzy drinks can/do have a detrimental effect.
Alcohol is a big NO NO as this causes the pain from hell to appear, and with the medication I'm currently on, I cannot mix the two.
So, Anyone with more information for me can freely add to the posts as it will ultimately assist myself and other sufferers that browse through this blog.
